Erik I. Eastham, Esq.

Erik Ian Eastham B.S.J.D.: Erik attained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005 from Florida State University, studying Prelaw and Political Science while minoring in English and Religion. Before attending Florida International University College of Law, Mr. Eastham was employed by The Chapel of St. Andrew & St. Andrew’s School in Boca Raton. While there, he held the positions of Youth Minister and Ministries Coordinator for the Chapel while teaching eighth grade ethics at St. Andrew’s School.

In 2008, Erik was accepted to the competitive Florida International University’s College of Law; his studies focused on Estate Planning, Probate Law, and Asset Protection, Contracts, Business/Commercial Law and a small focus on Tax Law. Extracurricular activities involved numerous mock trial debates, negotiation competitions. Attorney Eastham also acted as a writing assistant to Professor Ediberto Roman, with the research, writing and publication of the book, Citizenship and Its Exclusions; specifically assisting in the authorship of the books chapter on philosophers & legal analysis. While attending Florida International University College of Law, Mr. Eastham , acting as a Paralegal, worked close with Eastham Law Offices, advancing it’s practice of Probate & Trust Administration.

As a law graduate and admitted member to the Florida Bar, Attorney Eastham has continued the advancement of Eastham Law Offices in the legal arena, successfully representing numerous clients in Creative Estate Planning, Probate, Asset Protection, Guardianship Proceedings, Will Contests, and Business Organization; often times saving, winning and protecting our clients and their assets, while maintaining a personal relationship with them.

Attorney Eastham is a member of Wealth Counsel and a member of The Boca Raton Estate Planning Council. Additionally, Attorney Eastham has served on the Board of Directors for The Episcopal Diocese of South East Florida, served on the Board of Directors for Family Promise and has served as the President of Business Network International’s Elite Chapter.

Attorney Eastham believes in educating his clients and the surrounding community on the importance of proper planning. As such, he often volunteers educational seminars to many businesses and non-profits such as habitat for humanity, community hospitals and several religious organizations.
