Erik I. Eastham, Esq.
Erik Ian Eastham B.S.J.D.: Erik attained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005 from Florida State University, studying Prelaw and Political Science while minoring in English and Religion. Before attending Florida International University College of Law, Mr. Eastham was hired by The Chapel of St. Andrew & St. Andrew’s School in Boca Raton. While there, he held the positions of Youth Group Leader and Ministries Coordinator for the Chapel and taught eighth grade ethics at the school while coaching high school soccer and middle school baseball.
In 2008, Erik was accepted to Florida International University’s College of Law. In addition to the regular curriculum, his studies focused on Estate & Probate Law, Asset Protection, Bankruptcy, Tax, Contracts and Business/Commercial Law. Extracurricular activities involved numerous mock trial debates, negotiation competitions and working as a teaching assistant for Professor Ediberto Roman. Erik helped Mr. Roman with the research and publication of Mr. Roman’s latest book, Citizenship and Its Exclusions ; specifically assisting in the authorship of the books chapter on philosophers & legal analysis. While attending Florida International University College of Law, Mr. Eastham , acting as a Paralegal, worked close with Eastham Law Offices, advancing it’s practice of Probate and Trust Administration as well as Bankruptcy.
As a law graduate and admitted member to the Florida Bar, Mr. Eastham has continued the advancement of Eastham Law Offices in the legal arena, successfully representing numerous clients in Estate Planning, Probate, Asset Protection, Guardianship Proceedings, Will Contests, Bankruptcy, and other legal matters. Often times saving, winning and protecting our clients and their assets while maintaining a personal relationship with them.
Mr. Eastham is a member of Wealth Counsel and is also a member of Boca Raton Estate Planning Council. Additionally, Mr. Eastham has served as the President of Business Network International as well as on the Board of Directors for The Episcopal Diocese of SE Florida and has also served on the Board of Directors for Family Promise.
